We listened and followed their suggestion. After someone else canceled on them they asked if we would like to take that earlier day to get the roof done. But yes of course. They were on time at 8 am and the whole roof and clean up was done by 7 pm the same day. On the next day we had Fernando, who we signed the contract with, stop by and he took us up on the roof and showed us what and how they did it. While they installed the roof they took pictures along the way and we are so happy that we chose this company. Now they are hired again by us for more work on our house.

The initial insurance adjuster report was in error and it caused long delays. But the help of Dynamic Restoration’s office staff strengthened our position with the claim. Our neighbors who have tried to do it on their own are still struggling over a year after the storm. Dynamic Restoration replaced our roof, siding, gutters and windows. Their crews have been skilled, polite, clean and thorough. If we had any concerns they came back and fixed things until we were satisfied. Communication with our Dynamic Restoration representative, Fernando, has been immediate and professional. He has answered texts after hours and visited our home multiple times to explain things in person. We trust them so much we have asked them to do another project for us. They also restored our son’s house and our neighbors’s house after the hailstorm. In all instances they were concerned that clients were completely satisfied. Thank you Dynamite Restoration!

They stopped only for lunch and completed the job around 430pm. The roof looks great. However after the roofers left I walked around my property only to find about 40 nails, 15 tiny rubber bands, and tons of debris. Then the following day I find even more nails and debris. Was promised a thorough clean up when I signed on but one was not given. In short, was a great price on full roof replacement, and a nice quick job, but just needs better cleaning up after steps.
